The Iraan-Sheffield Collegiate Independent School District announced a change last week to its policy for serving meals for children served under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2022-2023 school year.

The new change will allow all children at their high school campus to be served meals at no charge.

The ability of the Iraan-Sheffield ISD High School campus to offer the special alternative of universal free meals rests upon the success of the school receiving a completed application for free and reduced-price meals for the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program from each household in the school.

Applications will be furnished by the ISCISD and can be obtained at High School office, 100 S. Farr St., Iraan, TX 79744 or from the Cafeteria Director, Katrina Kent.
