April wedding for couple

The upcoming marriage of their daughter has been announced by Jodi and Annette Martin.

Joli Elizabeth Martin and Deriek Joseph McDowell, son of George McDowell and Carolina Gamboa will be united in marriage April 28, at the Historic Baker Building in Lubbock.
The bride to be is a graduate of Fort Stockton High School with the class of 2002. She recently graduated from South Plains College and is employed by the Texas Tech Health Science Center, working as a licensed vocational nurse.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Fort Stockton High School with the class of 2002. He is currently working as a contract welder and plans to attend college in the fall.

The couple will make their home in Lubbock.
