October wedding date set by couple

The engagement of Samantha Natividad, Balmorhea and Benjamin John Villarreal, Fort Stockton has been announced by their parents.

The bride to be is the daughter of Sammy and Braulia Natividad, Balmorhea. Her grandparents are Ramona Montoya, Balmorhea and the late Pilar Montoya, Sr. and Gustavo and Ramona Natividad, Saragosa.
A 1999 graduate of Balmorhea High School, she is a senior at the University of Texas Permian Basin. She is employed with a clear channel radio station at a disc jockey.

The prospective groom is the son of Ben and Connie Villarreal, Fort Stockton. His grandparents are Consuelo G. Hernandez, Fort Stockton and the late Juan D. Hernandez and Estella Villarreal, Marfa and the late Max Villarreal.

A 1999 graduate of Fort Stockton High School, he is a senior at the University of Texas Permian Basin.

The couple has chosen October 21 as their wedding date. The ceremony will be held at 5:30 p.m. in St. Joseph Catholic Church. Bishop Joe Vasquez will perform the nuptials.
