Misty Moreland to wed Scott Caldwell

The engagement of Misty Moreland and Scott Caldwell has been announced by their parents.

The bride to be is the daughter of Dale and Lynn Moreland, Amarillo. She is the granddaughter of Duane and Lucille Hopkins, and Marvin Moreland all of Amarillo, and the late Johncie Moreland.
A 1998 graduate of Pampa High School, Misty is a 2006 graduate of Amarillo College School of Nursing. A registered nurse, she is employed with Baptist St. Anthony's Hospital.

The prospective groom is the son of Don and Jan Caldwell, Brownwood. His grandparents are Jewel Caldwell, Hobbs, N. M. and the late John Caldwell, Dell Barnes Niederhoter and M. T. Steenson.

He graduated from Fort Stockton High School with the class of 1999 and from Texas Tech University in 2004. He is a human resources director for MMM Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning LTD.

The couple has chosen September 30 as their wedding date. Reverend Dale Moreland will perform the 7 p.m. nuptials at the Quail Creek Church in Amarillo. A reception will follow in the fellowship hall.

After a honeymoon to St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands the couple plan to make their home in Amarillo.
